This person works as a team to provide food service that is safe, accurate, timely, and responsive to the customer and patient's needs. Food service includes stocking, assembling, and serving portion-controlled hot and cold food, replenishing and stocking stations, and cleaning and sanitation of food service areas and equipment in a safe manner. This person may be cross-trained to work in several areas within Nutrition & Food Services. Retail Food Service includes serving, cashiering, bussing, and barista duties. Patient Food Services includes assembly and delivery of patient meal trays. Catering Food Services includes setup, serving, and cleanup of catering events across UCSF Health sites. Sani
