Job Summary/Basic Function: To hire, train, supervise and evaluate full-time, part-time and student employees in the set-up and tear-down of catered functions, as well as execution and supervision of said events, in the Bolger Conference Center, other campus buildings and off-campus sites.A Food Service Supervisor 1 must establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees. Throughout the work shift, the supervisor is responsible for enforcing Dining Service policies and procedures by working with and supervising cooks, food service workers, student managers and student workers.
