The Accountant/Financial Reporting and Tax Analyst performs professional accounting activities to ensure that the college meets its legal reporting requirements as a tax-exempt entity with respect to Federal, State and Local tax laws as well as international tax treaties as applicable.  This position performs research on tax and compliance that affect segments of the college as issues arise; supports the business activities of the college through compliance reporting for federal funds, grants, contracts and debt service; and performs advanced accounting functions and ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting standards.  This position also monitors compliance with complex IRS rules and regulations, collaborates with Human Resources for all payroll tax matters and monit
