The Coordinator for Housing Operations assists and reports to the Director for Housing Facilities, sharing responsibility for management and quality review of maintenance and custodial activity in on-campus housing facilities. Housing & Residence Life serves more than 5,500 students in a broad variety of campus living environments and communities consisting of more than 35 buildings, varying in size from duplex apartments to small cooperative houses, to multistory residence halls, and high-rise apartment buildings, widely dispersed over nearly 100 acres with a facility value in excess of $500 million.The coordinator is part of the Housing Facilities team and will have an assigned group of buildings where they are responsible for representing the interests of Housing
