Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Facilities & Operations position reports to the Director within the Rutgers University–Camden Finance & Administration Division. The position exists to ensure safe, secure, well-maintained residence hall buildings on campus, to ensure that the buildings are ready to house students and be an inviting venue for the residential experience, events and programs. The Assistant Director's primary responsibilities are focused on ensuring that the residence hall buildings are properly maintained, to oversee daily facilities and administrative operations and to work in close collaboration with the Rutgers University–Camden Division of Student Affairs, specifically the Director of Residence Life and Housing Experience, to implement
