This position is responsible for student and staff recruitment, payroll, scheduling, and training for all positions within BU Housing. This position will report to the Sr. Associate Director and concentrate on filling open positions within BU Housing, which has approximately 125 full-time, part-time, permanent part-time security assistant positions, full-time mailroom assistants, shift-supervisors, and exempt staff.
There is always recruitment and training occurring throughout the academic year, this position will centralize all these processes. They need to be managed, trained, scheduled, and paid appropriately.
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree preferred and 1-3 years work experience.
