Assistant, Associate or Full Professor - Food Animal Pathology
The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide diagnostic pathology support to cases routinely submitted to the UMN VDL, and deliver comprehensive diagnostic case information in a concise and well-organized manner to livestock producers, practicing veterinarians, and other animal health professionals. The successful candidate is expected to develop close relationships with food animal veterinarians (i.e swine, ruminant, poultry) and producers using their skills and ongoing training to maintain and improve the health of their herds. Expected service duties range from assistance with routine disease/health monitoring to in-depth case investigations.
