The purpose of the Director of Real Property position is to have the responsibility for the Property Acquisition and Leasing Department for the University.This position initiates and coordinates a large volume of diverse and wide-ranging real property transactions for the University. These transactions include acquisitions and dispositions of real property by lease, gift, purchase, exchange, sale and easement or user agreement.The North Carolina A&T Real Estate Foundation, Inc. plays a vital role in assisting the University in the efficient acquisition of property for the benefit of the University in support of its Master Plan.
