The Business Coordinator performs day-to-day operations support for Auxiliary Services. The Coordinator benchmarks and performs data management as well as supports functional areas within Auxiliary Services.
Essential Functions:
Maintains Auxiliary systems and processes for implementation of new hardware and software for card, mail and print services
Serves as project manager for department-wide initiatives
Enters data into computers for use in analysis or reports; compiles statistics from source materials, such as production or sales records, quality-control or test records, survey sheets; compiles reports, charts, or graphs that describe and interpret findings of analysis; checks source data to verify completeness and accuracy; participates in the publication of data or information and report building
Determines data presentation requirements with clients; codes data prior to computer entry, using lists of codes; files data and related information and maintains and updates databases; organizes paperwork, such as survey forms or reports, for distribution or analysis; selects statistical tests for analyzing data
Provide billboard management and serve as campus liaison
Provide Name Badge and Stationary support and serve as campus liaison
Serves as the backup for other areas within Auxiliary Services including ID Card, Postal Services, Convenience Copier, Vending, Laundry, Bookstore and Dining
Works extended hours during peak work periods as needed
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
2 Year / Associate's Degree in Business or related field equivalent combination of education and experience
2-4 years of relevant experience
Familiarity of enterprise or business systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 or more years of Higher Education or Auxiliary related experience
Advanced knowledge of ID Card Systems, Mail Services Systems, Transaction Systems
