Seeks a professional who will oversee, on behalf of the university, the Dining Services contract issued to a 3rd party provider.  Responsible for financials, achievement of university goals, overall performance of the service provider. Under the direction of the Director of Auxiliary Services, the Manager of Dining Services drives excellence and oversees the day-to-day operations of the University’s Dining program, which generates approximately $20 million in sales annually through residential meal plans and multiple branded retail operations across campus, as well as catering and conferences, vending and concessions operations.  This position serves as a liaison to the University’s contracted third-party food service provider(s), ensures compliance with obligations under all foo
