Assistant Director for Student Persistence Planning
The New School seeks an Assistant Director for Student Persistence Planning in the Student Accounts Department to serve as a critical member of the campus community. The Assistant Director for Student Persistence Planning reports to the Associate Director of Collections and will serve as an advocate charged with helping students navigate financial resources and resolve financial challenges  for students as part of a coordinated effort to ensure students thrive and persist to graduation. The position will generate reports to help identify retention and academic progression of students identified as at risk, and support university personnel who work with students encountering financial challenges. The position will work collaboratively with offices across the university to assist students
