General Statement of Job Function The Senior Accountant will assist controller in the oversight and development of accounting staff, as well as assist in the establishment of accounting processes and procedures.  The Senior Accountant is vital element in creating a well-functioning accounting team and ensuring accounting compliance.  This position takes primary responsibility for monthly payroll for the enterprise in addition to other primary accounting duties.  Responsible for all processing of monthly payroll, administration of our external payroll system (Paylocity), reconciliation and payment of employee benefits, and reconciliation of payroll reporting.
