Marian University, in Wisconsin, is seeking a strategic leader to serve as the institution's next Vice President for Finance and Administration. This collaborative member of the executive team will coordinate and integrate financial, physical, and human resources. The incumbent’s top priority will be to develop and propose thoughtful data-informed strategies that will advance the financial sustainability of the university.

The University seeks a candidate with significant experience in a senior management role with a proven track record of success in achieving financial sustainability. The successful candidate will also have strong intellectual, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
The position has direct oversight of the Business Office, Human Resources, Risk Management, Compliance, Information Technology, and Auxiliary Services (Food Service, Facilities, and the Spirit Store).
