The General Manager of Concessions is responsible for the planning, organizing, and direction of events at venues on campus during athletics and special events on the Oxford campus. Plans and supervises the day-to-day activities of concession operations in such a manner that it ensures an effective, efficient and economical operation in terms of labor, food, supplies utilities, and other costs.Operate concessions at Miami events including athletics, concerts, and other events.Maintain appropriate inventory ordering food and supplies.
