The Vice President for Administrative Services serves as the College’s Chief Financial Officer (VPAS/CFO) internally and externally, reporting directly to the President. The VPAS/CFO is responsible for maintaining the College's fiscal health and efficient administrative functioning. The VPAS/CFO supports the College’s overall mission, strategic plan, and goals. The VPAS/CFO demonstrates an ability to create consensus, productive teams, and action around key College strategic interests informed by the College’s core values: integrity, excellence, empowerment, inclusiveness, collaboration and stewardship. The VPAS/CFO serves as an enthusiastic ambassador for the College, promoting and sustaining its commitment to excellence in service, innovation, and success for diverse learners. The VPAS/CFO is responsive to emerging issues, trends, and community needs. The VPAS/CFO sustains and advances MCC faculty, staff, and programs that underpin the College’s regional and national reputation as a leader among best practices institutions.

-Master's Degree in business administration or related field, or Bachelor's degree in business or related field with CPA, CMA or CIA from a regionally accredited higher education institution
- Administrative leadership experience in higher education, with significant management and supervisory experience
-Evidence of effective interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to cultivate partnerships and to work with diverse groups of faculty, students, and staff on complex issues
- Documented ability to integrate data into decision making to promote effective practice and policy
