SIG is seeking seasoned professionals with multiple years of college or university experience as a Director, Assistant Director or consultant working directly with the Ellucian Banner® Finance module. Required Qualifications:

• Five to seven years working directly with the Banner Finance module at a college or university
• Experience implementing the Banner Finance module at a college or university
• Demonstrated expertise using Banner to improve and automate business processes within the finance office at a college or university
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner Finance module
• Deep knowledge of accounting and finance best practices and experience participating in, or leading, transformation projects to help clients optimize all elements of their accounting and finance departments
• Experience designing and implementing budgeting, planning and forecasting processes and technology; optimizing accounting systems; and improving management and external reporting
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach
• Highly self-directed with solid problem-solving expertise
• Experience developing reports in support of the various Finance areas utilizing Banner
• Ability to communicate user requirements to technical support team
• Knowledge of how Banner is used in a variety of institutional types

Responsibilities of the Banner® Finance Consultant:

• Provide Banner implementation support such as training, functional consulting and technical support at client sites
• Analyze current business processes and make suggestions to utilize various technological tools to help improve business processes
