St. Norbert College a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking an Associate Director of Dining Services. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining services, including Ruth’s Marketplace, retail operations, production, purchasing, inventory, budget, and program array.

Bachelor’s Degree in food service/science, hospitality, conferencing, culinary, business or equivalent.
At least 7 years progressive management experience with a preference in higher education college dining service.
