The Contracts Manager is responsible for the management and administration of contract agreements within the department of Auxiliary Services including:
Vending & Beverage Services
One Card Services
Fair Label Membership
Other auxiliary services contracts that may be developed in the future
The Contracts Manager makes daily decisions regarding contracted services, including interpretation of contractual requirements and compliance, and is the primary contact for contractors, faculty, staff, and students regarding auxiliary services contracts.
This position reports directly to the Director, OneCard & Dining Services, along with the Associate Director of OneCard & Dining Services, and a Financial Operations Manager
Manages contracted auxiliary services that generate commission revenue of approximately $2 million per year and a food service management contract of approximately $14 million per year in revenue
Interacts independently with administrators, faculty, staff, students, and contractors on issues involving contracted auxiliary services

Required Education and Experience
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a business discipline and three years experience in a customer service environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Must be highly skilled in using computer software to gather, analyze, and present information
must have experience communicating in written and oral form to a diverse audience
Preferred Education and Experience
In addition to the business technical skills required, interpersonal skills are critical to success in this position
