Salary: $111,000-$140,000 DOE (Depending on experience)

This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Integrated Capital Planning and indirectly to Finance and Resource Management. The Director of Capital and Space Planning is a member of the University Architect's Leadership Team and leads a team responsible for the planning, management, allocation and documentation of space resources, the preparation of capital plans and the management of the capital improvement program (including capital project approvals and the Davis campus debt model). This position advises campus leadership on capital and space planning policy and funding and will serve on the Finance, Operations and Administration Core Leadership Team.
