A Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration or closely related field plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible upper level administrative work experience. Knowledge, skills, and abilities must include extensive knowledge of planning, budgeting, financial controls and management, procurement and construction planning and management. Designation as a Certified Public Accountant may be accepted in lieu of the master’s degree for the Vice President for Administrative Services. Position requires sufficient working knowledge of Human Resource functions, facilities maintenance, Information Technology, Security and safety to provide effective oversight. Reports to the College President. As one of the Officers of the College, the individual is expected to work effectively with minimum supervision to achieve the goals of the Administrative Services Division as well as assume oversight upon request of the President. Is responsible for leadership of all professional, technical, and clerical staff in the Division.
Technical College of the Lowcountry is a public two-year technical college serving four counties in the southern coastal region of South Carolina. The main campus is located in Beaufort in the South Carolina Lowcountry on the coast between the historic cities of Savannah and Charleston and adjacent to the resort area of Hilton Head Island.
