Reporting to the Associate Dean, Planning and Administration, the Sr. Director, Financial and Grant Services directs the financial and grants administration functions of the Division of the Humanities and supervises three financial staff members. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls financial activities for all units by managing accounting, financial planning, reporting, pre- and post-award grant and contract administration, purchasing, recharge operations, and faculty account administration. May also research, analyze, design, develop, and implement processes and coordinate all unit activities with appropriate University and outside vendors, institutions, and departments.

Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years progressively responsible administrative experience OR a minimum of six years progressively responsible administrative experience required, preferably in a financial field or capacity.
Supervisory experience required. Two years managing financial accounts required. Experience using financial and/or administrative systems required. Experience delivering front-line services to multiple units and diverse clients required. Two years administrating grants and/or contracts preferred.
